Dr. Ayesha Babar Kawish is a seasoned medical doctor and public health specialist, with over a decade dedicated to enhancing health outcomes for women and children in Rawalpindi, Sialkot, Quetta, and Gilgit. Her grassroots initiatives include conducting health education sessions in villages and collaborating with healthcare providers to improve community health services.

A respected academic, Dr. Ayesha has lectured at Foundation Medical College, CMH Lahore Medical College, and Khyber Medical University, focusing on maternal, neonatal, and child health projects. She has been influential in national and international public health arenas through her contributions to conferences, seminars, and workshops. During her PhD at Quaid-i-Azam University, she worked with the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation, and Coordination, Islamabad, on a Health Policy Think Tank. Since 2013, she has served as an Associate Professor and Head of Department at Al-Shifa School of Public Health, specializing in maternal and child health and reproductive health leadership.

Dr. Ayesha is also actively involved with the Sun Academia and Research Network, the Sustainable Development Policy Institute, and the Forum for Safe Motherhood Alliance. Her enduring commitment is to empower communities through accessible and equitable healthcare, advocating for systems that uplift and support women and children.
